$550K Pedestrian Struck

The firm represented a 15-year-old girl who was struck by a motor vehicle while crossing the street. The driver of the vehicle claimed he had the green light and that our client darted out in front of his vehicle. Our client sustained a herniated disc in her neck and treated with a chiropractor for four months.
